Pompellmo is a one-woman studio

Meet the designer and maker

I’m Abi - the artist behind Pompellmo. I’m a jewelry designer and maker based in Oregon, with a background in architecture and a deep love for material and form.

Jewelry came first for me. I’ve been making it in some form since I was a kid - starting with plastic beads and colorful paperclips, eventually working my way toward silver, gold, and gemstones. Over the past seven years, I’ve focused on hand-fabricated pieces that balance precision with playful artistry. I’m drawn to contrast: soft curves against rough texture. Polished silver next to raw edges. A glint of gemstone from within a sandy textured surface.

Every piece is made to order in my Portland studio, either shaped by hand or cast in sand. I love sand casting for the way it holds onto every tiny mark - fingerprints, grains, irregularities - a story of how it was made. No two pieces are identical, and that's the point. Everything I make is crafted slowly and with intention.

Pompellmo jewelry is made for real life - for stacking, for gifting, for keeping, for everyday. These pieces are meant to become part of your story: quiet reminders, personal symbols.

I believe in small-batch, intentionally made, bespoke jewelry - pieces that mean something. Made just for you.

Thanks for being here and for supporting small, independent craft. - Abi
